The programme is tailored, it’s individual, it’s educational and it’s about supporting YOU to get you the results YOU want. Unlike a 45-minute PT session once a week, I’m there to support you the entire week, for you to message and ask for help if you need it.

I know what it's like - you've tried keto, low carb, slimming clubs, meal replacement shakes, juice cleanses, as well as reading every nutrition and fitness article EVER to meet your weight loss goals. But the thing that keeps ruining everything is... your motivation. Why did you even decide to lose weight in the first place? Do I really feel like working out today? UGH!

When you're lacking in motivation then it's my job to give you a kick up the butt and remind you why you want it - we work together all week long and I guide you through long-lasting lifestyle changes, that will ensure you FINALLY reach your health and fitness goals!

WHY does my online coaching work?

First of all it’s educational. I don’t just throw a meal plan at you, I like to teach my ladies the ‘why’ behind the methods that we implement on their fitness journeys. This is what leads to a long term lifestyle transformation, rather than just another fad diet that you quit after a couple of months.

I provide LOADS of useful content and educational resources covering topics such as nutrition, training, lifestyle and mindset - the aim is to increase my members knowledge on all things health and fitness, rather than simply follow the programme that I set for them.

When it comes to training, EVERY client’s programme is completely bespoke - it can be gym or home based, and takes into account how much time they have to train, their lifestyle, current fitness levels etc. If adaptations need to be made along the way, then we make them.


It’s a fact that when we are held accountable to our goals, then we are more likely to be successful. Having someone to keep you on track makes it so much easier for you to turn your goals into a reality.

At our initial consultation my ladies share their goals with me - that’s the first step. But when it comes to figuring out how they are actually going to get there? That’s where I come in! I map out the steps you need to take to get you from A to B, and ensure that you follow through.

Most of my clients know that they want to lose weight. What I do is give them the accountability and guidance they need to FINALLY have success on their fitness journey, and understand how they can make it a lifelong thing.

I check in with my clients throughout the week to make sure they’re on track. At the end of the week we reconnect again and I ask them if they did what they said they were going to do.

✅ If they did, they get a high five (plus they get the results!)

If they didn’t, then we work out what went wrong and we overcome it together. Failure is NOT an option.

How much is it and what do I get for that?

Tailored Workout Programme

We will work together to come up with a workout programme that suits YOU and your lifestyle! I will create your programme based on how much time you have to train, what equipment you have at home or whether you'll train at a gym, your current fitness abilities and any take into account any exercise likes/dislikes. Your individual programme will allow you to work towards your goals in the most efficient and effective way possible. This will all be delivered via the Celebrity Circuits app, which features exercise demo videos, as well as allowing you to track sets/reps/PB's, and tick off workouts as you complete them!

Goal Setting Consultation

We will have an initial goal setting consultation via Zoom, so we can have a good chat about what you really want to achieve from Online Coaching. We will also talk about your past experience, any concerns you have, establish your availability to train and talk about your current diet. This is so I can really get to know you, to ensure the best coaching experience ever!

I believe that any coach you work with should, first and foremost, 'get' you. After all, I'm going to be cheerleading you for the next several months! If I don't know where you want to go and what will motivate you, personally, to get there, then you're not going to be happy with your end result. This is why I invite you onto an initial call - so you can get a feel for my energy and what I'm about. I'm also happy to chat to you about my own history and weight loss struggles - at the end of the day, you want someone who can relate to your story. There are so many coaches out there and I believe there is a perfect coach for everyone - by jumping on a call together we can figure out if we're a good match! 

Nutrition Support

I will calculate your ideal macro and calorie targets in order to achieve the goals we have set for you. I will provide you with plenty of educational resources and guides to ensure you increase your knowledge of how to eat well, which will ultimately lead to a long term lifestyle transformation. These guides cover topics such as eating out, macro tracking, alcohol, portion sizes etc. I have recently created a members only education area, which my clients LOVE, because it provides loads of resources on nutrition, training and mindset as well as useful templates and tools to help you on your fitness journey! 

Weekly Check-Ins

You'll be given several opportunities to check in with me throughout the week and update me on your progress. We will have weekly progress check-ins where you will fill out a check in form each Sunday, as well as an informal midweek check in. I reply with video feedback focusing on any adjustments I believe we should make, weekly goal setting, reviewing progress pictures/measurements and ensuring you are progressing towards your goals in the best way possible! Once a month I invite you to join me on a call via Zoom, so we can catch up face to face. And if you ever need to jump on a call in between check-ins? We can do that as well!

A Supportive Community

You will be given the option to join our private group on Facebook. Become part of a lovely, supportive community of likeminded women - make friends, cheer each other on and celebrate each others wins! We also have a VIP members chat on WhatsApp, which is fab for sharing recipe ideas and getting to know other ladies who are on the same journey as you!

Members Education Area

You will gain access to our Members Education Area, which is stocked with written and visual resources, motivational videos, educational presentations, sample meal planning templates etc. You will also have access to recipe books and meal plan examples, to help you nail the nutrition side of things.

Daily Communication

As your coach, it is my job to be there for you when you need me. You will be able to message me 7 days a week for a response within 24 hours. If you have any questions, if you need me to check your exercise form via video, or if you just need a pep talk or a kick up the butt, I'll be there for you! I even offer a video messaging option via the app, for when you need an extra boost of support or encouragement.

Ongoing Adjustments

I will adjust your plan as needed if your circumstances change - this could be because of illness, pregnancy, going on holiday, if your work hours change, if you have any injuries etc. We will discuss any adjustments that need to be made and go from there. You're in this for the long run remember!

Educational Content

I send all my clients a daily email covering topics such as improving mental health, wellness, nutritional advice, mindset, and other useful content you can implement on your fitness journey. Think of it as a daily dose of motivation in your inbox every morning!
