Sarah Swainsbury - Head Trainer, Owner

Sarah's focus is on excellent form, fat loss and pre/post-natal training.

"My interest in fitness started when I began running to lose weight whilst working in Kent. Then when I moved to London I joined an excellent gym which introduced me to a whole new range of fitness-related disciplines, including strength, conditioning and circuit training techniques. In two years I lost just under three stone and gained a newfound confidence. It was then that I realised I wanted to help other people achieve their fitness goals, and so I set about obtaining the appropriate fitness qualifications, so that I could be ready to launch Celebrity Circuits whilst on maternity leave with my first child. 

As a mum of two, I know that finding time to exercise when you’re busy looking after a baby or toddler can be challenging. It’s also important to ensure that you don’t do too much too soon, but at the same time not waste the precious time you have on a programme that isn’t effective.

I have experienced first-hand the positive effects that come with boosting a person's fitness levels, and the difference it can make to their overall wellbeing. This is what Celebrity Circuits sets out to accomplish."

Sarah is dedicated to helping you achieve a better level of health and fitness whatever your age and level of fitness. From the moment you arrive at one of her sessions, you'll feel welcomed and relaxed.

"If you have never been to a fitness class or had a personal trainer before I know it can seem very daunting, but I can gradually ease you into your training at whatever pace you feel comfortable with. I am very friendly and my aim is for you to  enjoy your time with Celebrity Circuits, not dread it! In my fitness classes I always offer modifications for exercises so that you are able to work at your own pace. In our 1:1 sessions I will work closely with you to set realistic, achievable goals that suit YOUR needs and lifestyle, and I will be there to motivate you every step of the way to ensure those goals are reached."

Laura Bates - Celebrity Circuits Trainer

“My name is Laura Bates. I have been a fitness instructor and a pole instructor for about 6 years now. It all started off as a hobby and escalated from there. I just love it. I love that muscle ache and pushing myself outside of my comfort zone. I am a YES girl, so the one my friends come to when they have a mad idea. This is how I ended up climbing Ben Nevis, jumping out of a plane, abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower and signing up for a marathon next year when I am still working through the couch to 5k app. (To name a few!)

I love being an instructor. I love seeing my girls progress and I am so genuinely proud when they nail a move or reach goals!

I found my love for Insanity style workouts when I had to get bikini-ready for a hen do in Ibiza. Once I saw the results I was hooked. I have completed Insanity, T25 and Insanity Max 30. This encouraged me to get my fitness qualifications and teach others. I am still very much on my own fitness journey as October 2019 saw the birth of my baby boy, Louis. I taught pole until I was 38 weeks pregnant and then exercise took a bit of a back seat while I navigated my new role as a mum. 2020 saw me getting back into the swing of things before Covid 19 brought the world to a grinding halt! In lockdown I have managed to lose just under a stone, gained muscle mass and reduced my body fat by around 10%. I still have a way to go to get to where I want to be so I am also taking part in the Celebrity Circuits 12 week kickstart. I thought I wanted my body to look a certain way but currently I just want to be fit, healthy and someone my son can be proud of”
