Where do personal training sessions take place?

 

Sessions can take place almost anywhere! We work mainly in local parks, but can come to your house or office if you prefer (the 'at home' option works particularly well for new mums)

Do I need to bring anything to sessions? 

 

Leave it to us! Celebrity Circuits carries a range of mobile training equipment that we will bring to each session. Please make sure you bring plenty of water if training outdoors, and dress for the weather. 

Do I have to be at a certain level of fitness?

 

No way! At Celebrity Circuits we are here to accommodate all levels of fitness, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced athlete!  If you book a consultation then we can chat about your current level of fitness, your goals and expectations. Your programme will then be designed so that it is specific to you and your individual goals.

How often do I need a 1:1 session?

 

When you first start out we recommend you book at least one 1:1 session every 1-2 weeks for the first 6-12 weeks. Eventually you'll get to a point where you can start to do things on your own, but it’s still a good idea to work out with Celebrity Circuits on a 1:1 basis once a month or so, to learn new moves, maintain technique and to keep your motivation levels high!

 

Of course there will always be times when you need a bit of VIP treatment for faster results e.g. if you’ve got an event coming up or if you’ve accidentally let things slip a bit – get in touch today, we've got you covered!

Can I book a VIP training session with a friend?

 

Absolutely! Celebrity Circuits offers small group training (maximum 3 people) which works really well if you have similar fitness goals – plus you get the added benefit of splitting the cost. Safety in numbers…
