An inspirational lady! I love following whats going on even if I can't get to a class & you always feel included at the classes. It is nice & local & Sarah knows how to motivate you!! 5* & would recommend.

After working with Sarah for over 2 years now I have seen a huge change in myself. I came to Sarah with a baby belly and know idea how to get rid of it. Sarah showed me how and pushed me to better myself and achieve goals I hadn't even dreamt of. I can now say she is a great friend and an even better instructor. Finding the advert for her baby fit class changed my life.

I love Sarah's boot camps, they are so much fun and really push you to work that bit harder . Sarah understands that life gets busy and we cant always make it to a gym, but these boot camp exercises show you don't need a gym to get a decent work out done. I've learnt so much from Sarah just from these classes, she's so approachable, friendly and makes everyone feel welcome! I'd really recommend bootcamp to anyone!

Been attending babyfit for a couple of months now and I love it! It's a great class and Sarah is so friendly and approachable it's perfect for those who want to get back into shape post pregnancy! My little boy is 5 months and loves watching us and joining in with the circuits he's always giggling and smiling during the class. I would recommend this class to anyone with a baby.

Excellent if returning to fitness after having a baby. Safe environment for older kids to also attend and friendly group. Exercises adapted to fitness level and very interactive session. Instructor couldn't be more approachable, dedicated or friendly. Wish I had found you earlier when my babies were younger!
