The 5-second habit that creates serious momentum

We all have goals. And most of the time, we already know what we need to do to reach them.

  • Stick to your calorie target
  • Hit your protein
  • Get your steps in
  • Complete your workouts
  • Drink your 2L of water
  • Sleep 7+ hours
  • Cut back on alcohol
  • You've probably got your own version of this list.

But here's where things shift. Instead of just knowing what to do… start asking yourself each morning:

“Am I going to make it happen today - YES or NO?”

No hoping. No “we’ll see.” Just decide.

For example:

❌ Will I stick to my calories today? Hopefully
❌ Will I hit my steps? Maybe
❌ Will I get my workout done? I’ll try

Now flip it:

✅ Will I stick to my calories today? YES
✅ Will I hit my steps? YES
✅ Will I train today? YES

You’ve just turned intentions into commitments.

And listen - some days your answer might be NO. That’s totally fine, as long as you own it.

Maybe it’s your partner’s birthday. Maybe the cocktails are flowing and you know it’s not a “hit my macros” kind of night. Cool. Say NO - with intention - and enjoy it guilt-free.

Here’s the deal:

If you’re saying YES most of the time and following through?

  • You will get results.
  • You will build momentum.
  • You will reach your goals.

But if NO keeps showing up… it might be time to check in with your effort, or whether your goals need adjusting.

Start each day with clarity. Set your intentions. And follow through like the badass you are.

One YES at a time.
