3 sneaky blind spots that secretly stalled my fat loss

Let me tell you - realising these 3 blind spots was a total game changer for me.

And if any of this sounds familiar, don’t panic - they’re super common, and so easy to fix once you’re aware of them!

1. Eating “healthy” but still overeating

I used to think eating clean automatically meant eating in a deficit - it doesn’t!
Calories still count, even if they’re from the most nutritious foods on earth.

Too much avocado, peanut butter, or “healthy” snacks can quietly stall progress.
Track your food for a few weeks to check you’re actually in the right range - it’s eye-opening!

2. Smashing workouts but sitting all day

I’d go full beast mode in the gym… then barely move for the next 10 hours!

Turns out, NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis - basically, all your movement outside workouts) matters massively.

Get your steps up, walk on work calls, park further away - these small moves add up and keep your fat loss ticking without exhaustion.

3. Being 100% on it Mon-Fri, then 100% off it at weekends

I’d diet hard during the week, then undo it all with weekend “treats.”
Sound familiar?

Going too restrictive is exactly what fuels those weekend binges.
Instead, aim for balance - keep a steady calorie deficit, fit in the foods you love, and stop the all-or-nothing cycle once and for all.

These 3 shifts completely changed the game for me (and my clients).

Remember: awareness is step one - once you know your blind spots, you can fix them and finally see the results you deserve.
