Truthfully?
I’ve been that girl too.

I take ownership.
I still go out.
I still enjoy food.
I still have the occasional takeaway or a few drinks.
But I don’t pretend it didn’t happen.
And I don’t expect my results to stay the same if my actions don’t match my goals.
That’s the shift.
Because fat loss isn’t about cutting out everything you enjoy.
It’s not about never having chocolate or saying no to every social plan.
But it is about control.
And it is about moderation.

Tempting. Always. 😅
